What the Participants Liked

The comprehensive approach to understanding the mechanics and rehab of shoulder injuries. From theoretical to practical demonstrations, every aspect was informative. I gained many insights from Sean and Ian's clinical experiences.

Ian's practical sessions and demonstration of various exercises was beneficial. Highly recommend any of their courses!

Overall, great course! A perfect blend of theory and hands-on. The small group size made it great for one-on-one Q&A and interactions.
